上部烟叶不同成熟度及采收方式对烤烟烘烤质量的影响
Effects of Maturity and Harvest Mode of Upper Leaves on Baking Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco
摘要
Abstract
In order to further improve the quality and industrial availability of upper leaves in flue -cured tobacco, the paper studied the effects of different maturities and harvest modes of upper tobacco leaves on their appearance quality , main chemical com-ponents and compatibility, and economic characters.The results showed that T 3 treatment could significantly improve the appearance quality, chemical components compatibility , and economic characters of upper leaves .Through T3 treatment, the baked tobacco leaves had better maturity, more oil content, and stronger chroma;macromolecular materials such as starch and pigment were more sufficiently degraded, and the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar and petroleum ether extract were higher;the proportion of mid-dle-class and superior tobacco leaves was higher;in comparison with the control, the average price and output value were increased by 2.44 yuan/kg, 5325.60 yuan/hm 2 , respectively.关键词
