Abstract
The study identified the strain of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) from the blood, lung and lymph node of suspec-ted PCV2-infected pigs in a pig farm of Zhangshu city of Jiangxi province by using the method of PCR amplification .The positive PCV2 strain from the specimens was isolated and purified .After the experimental pigs were infected by the isolated PCV 2, real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry were performed to determine the PCV 2 from the related organs of the experimental pigs .The re-sults showed that this isolated PCV2 strain from the infected pigs could be detected by PCR and indirect immunofluorescence (IFA).Fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry could detect the isolated PCV 2 from the related organs in artifi-cially-infected experimental pigs.关键词
