摘要
Abstract
The polyphenols content in Ziziphus jujube fruits was measured by tartrate -Fe colorimetry assay .The DNA protec-tion function of the isolated phlorglucinol and catechol from jujube fruits was determined by using chemiluminescence analysis and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry .The results indicated that phlorglucinol and catechol from jujube fruits had a better protective action to DNA damage caused by · OH, and the DNA protective effect of phlorglucinol and catechol was optimal when their concen -tration all was 60 μg/mL.关键词
