基于多重因素的滚动轴承寿命计算新方法
A New Method of Calculating the Rolling Bearing Life Based on the Effect of Multiple Factors
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of L P bearing life,the main life prediction models today are by nature qualitative analysis.Through the experi-ence formula sorting, test data summarizing, graphic data processing and other methods,this study is focused on failure probability coefficient, material coefficient,friction coefficient,load coef-ficient,temperature coefficient and cleanliness co-efficient on bearing fatigue life,and has estab-lished a model to predict the bearing life under the effect of multiple factors.Based on this model,u-sing the mixed programming of Matlab and VB,a software for bearing fatigue life is developed,by which the bearing life and influence factors of four di-mensional visualization display are completed,so as to analyze each modified coefficient the influence of the law of rolling bearings life to ensure the bearing to be in the best working condition.关键词
