Estimation of the Mass Transfer Coefficient During Hot air drying of Carrot Section
摘要
Abstract
This paper has applied inverse nu-merical method to the estimation of physical prop-erty.By building an internal moisture diffusion model and selecting connective boundary condi-tions,the moisture diffusion inside the material has been organically combined with the drying ex-perimental curves to determine the mass transfer coefficient.At the same time,the impact of thick-ness,radius,drying temperature and relative hu-midity on the mass transfer coefficient of carrot section is studied. The results show the mass transfer is not a constant.The mass transfer coef-ficient had an increased trend followed by thickness and temperature,and decreased with the decrease of relative humidity;and there is no obvious effect from the increases of the radius.关键词
