摘要

Abstract

To meet the motor performance re-quirements ,the main dimensions of the motor are determined according to the electromagnetic design method of the motor.The torque ripple of brush-less DC motor can cause the vibration of the motor and generate motor noise,thereby affecting motor performance.Cogging torque is one of the impor-tant factors causing motor torque fluctuation. Based on Maxwell,two dimensional model of the motor is established to carry out finite element a-nalysis.And methods like permanent magnet of unequal thickness are used to reduce the cogging torque in the motor. Finally, through Maxwell simulation, results verify the feasibility of the method for reducing cogging torque.
