Industrial and technical state of MIM in China:Opportunities and challenges
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, markets, scientific research, development and company status of metal injection molding (MIM) in China are reviewed. The major application markets, such as consumer electronics, hardware and automobile parts market are analyzed. Researches on metal co-injection molding, microinjection molding, mold filling simulation and materials are reported. Three typical Chinese MIM companies, as well as the features of their technologies and products are discussed.关键词
