氢气在不同还原条件还原磁铁矿的试验研究
Direct reduction of magnetite under differentreducing conditions by hydrogen
摘要
Abstract
The experiment was designed to study the impact of temperature and reduction time on the direct reduction rate,metallization rate and compressive strength of magnetite ,the trend of the furnace temperature during the process of the reduction reaction. The reduction temperature was set at 750 ℃,800℃,850℃,900℃and 950 ℃ in the order, and the hydrogen flow was set at 10 L/min in the experiment. The results show that after the magnetite is reduced for 50 min above 800 ℃, the metallization rate reaches above 93 %; the metallization rate of pellet reaches 80 % at first 30 min at the same temperature;a linear relation between temperature and compressive strength is found ,which presents the higher temperature ,the lower compressive strength.关键词
