摘要
Abstract
To improve the quality of teaching in neurobiology, a normalized item bank was constructed, and which turned into an evaluation standard for the level of teaching and learning in neurobiology. This paper has described the necessity and process of construction of the item bank, and presented the idea that improvement of professional quality and collective lesson preparation for the teachers are essentially important, in addition to the item bank construction. Meanwhile, the paper has pointed out that the item bank itself should be maintained and updated.关键词
