Abstract
Cystitis glandularis is the reaction of the bladder mucosa epithelial hyperplastic rare lesion ,at the same time is a tumor benign tendency of potentially malignant disease. With the development of intracavitary urology and enhancement of the consciousness of biopsy the disease have increasing trend in recent years. Generally thought to be associated with bladder infection, stones and obstructive lesions, neurogenic bladder, bladder eversion to normal bladder transitional metaplasia. Cystitis glandularis imaging studies to assess the diagnostic value of CT is higher and higher. Live under cystoscope histopathologic diagnosis is still the gold standard. Cystitis glandularis after diagnosis should be timely to cause or causes, in order to avoid rare lesions in patients with into bladder cancer.关键词
