子宫非典型息肉样腺肌瘤诊治分析OACSTPCD
Diagnosis and treatment of atypical polypoid adenomyoma of uterus
目的探讨子宫非典型息肉样腺肌瘤(atypical polypoid adenomyoma,APA)的临床特点、诊断及治疗.方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2011年10月住院治疗的13例APA患者临床诊疗情况及结局.结果 APA多发于绝经前,主要临床表现为不规则阴道流血及不孕.6例全子宫切除患者,随访至今,最长67个月,定期复查未见异常.5例宫腔镜下肿物切除+诊刮患者,3例病理为APA,未行进一步治疗,单纯随访未见异常.2例病理为低恶性潜能…查看全部>>
Objective To study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA) of uterus. Methods Clinical data about 13 patients with APA of uterus admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.
