Advances in differentiation of stem cells into insulin-producing cells using small molecule compounds
摘要
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus can lead to serious health problems, which lacks of specific treatment at present. Recently, various sources of stem cells have been successfully induced into insulin-producing cells usingsmall molecule compounds in vitro, which reduce the blood sugar of diabetic rats. Using small molecule compounds reprogram cells to treat diabetes mellitus is a very promising therapeutic means.关键词
