基于层次分析法的黄金矿山企业核心竞争力要素识别研究

摘要
Abstract
The primary business of gold mines is resources mining and production , and the particu-larity of gold industry generates different requirements for the enterprise operation and management . Recently , operating profits of gold mines decrease constantly , due to the continuous volatility of gold price .In this situation , how to survive becomes the most concern of the domestic gold mines during this depression period .Based on former research of core competitiveness , considering the characteristics of the gold mines and expert interview , a scientific and reasonable index system was established , which included resource conditions , professional ability , and comprehensive manage-ment level of enterprise .The weight of each index was ascertained by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) , and the importance ranking of these indexes could be obtained by comparison of weight distribution .Based on this system , we proposed that resources and technology innovation a-bility are the core of enterprise development .Therefore, we should economize and protect resources through the internal tapping and external cooperation ways to obtain sufficient resources reserves , and ought to improve technology at the same time .关键词
