摘要
Abstract
Compared to other universities and colleges in China, the number of local colleges is much larger, which are responsible for the cultivating the practical talents.As the rise of the media in recent years, many local colleges also undertake cultivating the applied talents through the specialties of broad-casting and hosting art;however, during the cultivation, there exists a trend that most teachers in these colleges highlight teaching theory rather than the practical problems, which directly leads to the lack of practical ability of professional teachers and the students.Based on the above reasons, we should culti-vate"double type"teachers in broadcasting and hosting art specialty in local colleges in order to in-crease teachers'practical ability.关键词
