Abstract
At present,the integrated service mode of book collecting,borrowing and consultation is generally carried out in university libraries,which provides great convenience for readers and meanwhile,brings about new problems.This paper,analyzes the advantages of the integrated service,and also points out the problems of chaotic shelves and lost books,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.关键词
