摘要

Abstract

Traditional branches chopper device has large volume, and their cutting tools easily wear and have big impacts. Based on the shortcomings of traditional cutter, the paper puts forward an involute arc type knife plate which can reduce the device volume, reduce the impact and abrasion. The arc can avoid the contact between knife and branches after cutting, in order to reduce impact and abrasion. The knife roller device is composed of a mis-matching patchwork of six involute knives, which can reduce the pressure on the blade, and prolong its service life.
