摘要

Abstract

The span ratio is one of the most important design parameters in suspension footbridge designing. It has a significant impact on internal forces of the main cable and tower. And it influences the sectional area of the main cable and the height of the main tower in a greater degree and thus to affect the cost of unit long bridge. This paper, by taking Longnan Lianjiang River landscape bridge (suspension footbridge) the engineering background, discusses the influence of the span ratio of suspension footbridge the static properties, obtaining the relations between the span ratio with the stress of the main cable, the internal force of the main tower, and the span deflection of the stiffening girder, etc. This study provides a reference for the design and calculation of the same type of bridge.
