摘要
Abstract
Science and technology periodical is an important part of national innovation system of science and technology, and the first important platform to spread technology information and creative achievements. Our country has numerous sci-ence and technology periodicals which published huge numbers of papers. But compared with developed countries,there is still a long way to go for Chinese journals to improve their international influence and the radial force of academic papers. In order to change this situation,the state launched the“boutique sci-tech periodicals construction”and“China science and technology journal international influence promotion project”. The paper mainly introduced the“construction”and“the project”of the implementation of the process and its periodical selection conditions and funding lines,aiming to provide some reference for those want to go into the“boutique”industry.关键词
