摘要
Abstract
The“collective-selected draft”could shorten the time lag of reviewing manuscripts of university journals,correct the phenomenon of reviewer bias,meanwhile achieve the requirements of basic rejection rate so as to ensure the quality of the manuscript as well as the absorption of outstanding manuscripts. In the process of implementation“Triple-Draft Sys-tem”,the limitations of first trial and outside trial,long time reviewing lag and bias phenomenon have certain influence on the selected version. According to the collective-selected draft principles of accuracy and effectiveness,fairness,timeli-ness,and equality,the paper put forward the principle of evaluation criteria,which make editors and other relevant experts or scholars have chance to discuss articles,build up public communication platform to learning from each other,improve the work efficiency,prove the work of“check”transparency and cultivate editorial work quality. So,collective selection draft is the comprehensive inspection and communication before the final link,is a perfection and extension of“ Triple-Draft System ”,and plays a positive role in the manuscript of colleges journals.关键词
