Abstract
Sci-tech periodical is the dissemination of scientific and technological achievements,and an important platform of information communication. Science and technology journal editors shoulder the important responsibility to ensure the quali-ty of sci-tech periodicals,which requires the sci-tech journal editors to establish positive professional belief in response to a market economy under the impact and temptation.关键词
