摘要
Abstract
Parathyroid hormone(PTH) is widely used in the treatment of osteoporosis of skeletal system, because it plays an important role in calcium and phosphate metabolism. It was found that PTH has the dual effects of promoting bone for-mation and bone resorption in the process of bone tissue metabolism.The final effects was closely related to the factors, such as the way of administration and dosage. In addition, it has been demonstrated that PTH has a positive effect on os-seointegration. But the mechanism needs further investigation. This article makes a collective review of PTH on osseointe-gration of implants.关键词
