The Research Review of University-Industry Alliance Knowledge Transfer

Abstract
University-industry alliance knowledge transfer is the process of knowledge creation, transfer from universities and research institutes to within the enterprise and create value. In this paper, the current domestic and international issues of the alliance knowledge transfer problems are reviewed:The definition of Industry-university alliance, the influence factors of knowledge transfer, different models, and integration of knowledge transfer performance.This paper makes brief comments, and reveals the achievements and shortcomings of the research alliance knowledge transfer.关键词
