腭侧微种植体支抗远中移动上颌磨牙的临床研究
Clinical application of molar distalization by palatal micro implant anchorage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the use of palatal micro implant as strong anchorage in distalization of maxillary molars. Method:Using 25 Micro implants were implanted into palate of 20 angle class II patients. maxillary molar teeth were distalized by a triangle-shaped anchorage units comprised by Micro implant and bilateral first premolar. The data of move-ment of maxillary molars and incisors were evaluated with Cephalometric technique and analyzed by statistical methods. Re-sult:The maxillary molars were distally moved by (4.69±1.88)mm. There were no significant differences in extrusion,rota-tion and tilt of the maxillary molars before and after treatment. All patients achieved Class I molar relationship and a normal overjet and overbite. Conclusion:Palatal micro implant can be used as strong anchorage for distalizing maxillary molars without patient compliance.关键词
