Abstract
The RCS of the target is affected by the characteristics and randomness of the sea surface. The paper studies the target RCS in different sea conditions,the relationship between the sea condition and the angles of radar wave,the influence of sea surface covered with oil on the target RCS.Then the theoretical analysis and the simulation are conducted with the descending of the angles,the influence of sea states on the target RCS reduces.When the sea surface is covered with oil,the target RCS will be increased.The oil thickness of H is greater,the target RCS is higher.The scattering properties are effected by the sea surface covered with oil.With the rising of the sea state,the target RCS will be smaller,with its change being smal-ler than the normal situation.关键词
