Abstract
Micro hardness tester VMH-I04 is a very practical device with high-degree automation in micro hardness testing.However,its objective lens and diamond indenter would be damaged incidentally by the sample in the practical work.Regarding to the cases,processes,reasons and corresponding solutions were illustrated and analyzed in detail.关键词
