Kinematics characteristic simulation on electronic jacquard machine’s rod-gear combination mechanical transmission
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the kinematic characteristics of gear-rod combined mechanism in electronic jacquard shedding transmission, using theoretical analysis and computer simulation, this study has developed a function for each component’s initial pose parameter, and then built a parameter model using ADAMS. When the transmission gear ratio and the initial phase difference of servo cranks vary, the characteristics of rod’s vertical pose motion are investigated. The simulation results show that the rod’s vertical velocity fluctuation reaches minimum when the pinion gear’s diameter of reference circle is greater than middle gear’s diameter and the servo cranks’ phase difference is 180 degree. This study provides a useful design basis for electronic jacquard shedding transmission.关键词
