摘要

Abstract

A three-dimensional finite element model of movable mine rescue capsule shell has been developed using ANSYS and LS-DYNA software in this study. A simulation of the dynamic response of mine movable lifesaving cabin shell under the action of equivalent triangle wave explosion impact load has been conducted. Through the numerical simulation above, the study has defined the dynamic bearing capacity and the deformation mode of capsule shell, obtained the characteristics of the overpressure of gas/gas and coal dust explosion, the variation of bearing capacity, and the deformation mode of rescue capsule. The study provides a theoretical guidance and basis for the rescue capsule design and the anti-impact ability evaluation.
