Multi-vendor evaluation based on AHP and grey relational model
摘要
Abstract
In a multi-level evaluation on suppliers, there is a requirement for more quantitative analysis in decision-making while the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has a limited capability in processing quantitative index. Based on the algorithm of combining AHP and gray relational grades, this paper proposes a new method for evaluating suppliers. The case study and empirical analysis demonstrate that the method is valid and rational. The method proposed can overcome the difficulties in quantifying evaluation index and conducting accurate statistics. Also, it can exclude the impact of human factors, so that the evaluation results are more objective and accurate.关键词
