急倾斜煤层巷帮变形失稳数值模拟
Numerical simulation on instability of roadway rise side in steep coal seam
摘要
Abstract
In order to control the instability of roadway rise side in steep coal seam in XinQiang mine, this paper studied the laws of roadway surrounding deformation and failure, the reasonable supporting approaches and parameters by means of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and on-site tests. The study result shows that the damage is severe at both ends of the gob in steep coal seam and the damage at the bottom side is more severe. The deformation and failure is non-symmetry in the roadway within the areas affected by goaf. The Roof, floor and rise side of the roadway suffer severe damages without any supports. When supporting with bolts, floor heave becomes the main factor of stability of the roadway rise side. The foot is a critical part of the rise side, and it requires special handling. The final support parameters are determined by numerical simulation and optimization, and are tested on-site.The result of the observation shows that the roadway deformation is controlled effectively, and an improved supporting effect is achieved.关键词
