基于TMS320F2812的永磁交流伺服系统设计

摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve a high-performance servo control, the paper proposed a design of permanent magnet AC servo system based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor (DSP). The hardware design of the system using TMS320F2812 as the control core and the intelligent power module PS22056 as power chip was presented, which could improve the integration degree of the system and easily realize the digital control. The software design of the system by using the technology of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) was introduced under the CCS(Code Composer Studio) development environment, which made the space vector control of permanent magnet AC motor realized. The results show that the system has clear advantages in torque, speed and position accuracy control, and excellent dynamic and static performance. It has high application value in all sorts of servo control systems and industrial production process.关键词
