多流束旋翼式水表流量测量特性数值仿真
Simulation on multi-jet wing water meter for the measurement characteristic of flow
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the measurement characteristic of flow for multi-jet wing water meter, a rotor driving torque and all resistance torques are deduced, and the flow measurement equation is given. Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and turbulence model, a method of rotor-torque-balance is proposed, which can predict rotational speed of rotor precisely. Then flow field of multi-jet wing water meter is analyzed. Comparison between simulation results and the data of physical experiment shows the simulation methods of multi-jet wing water meter is acceptable for analyzing the measurement characteristic of flow. The maximum difference between simulation error and experiment error is 4.17 %.关键词
