Construction of virtue enterprises in internet transactions
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the causes as well as types of virtual enterprises in in-ternet transactions and the empirical comparison between virtue enterprises with entity ones, a set of models of virtual enterprises in internet transactions were established. Further detailed analysis of the factors in virtual enterprise construction based on a variety of sys-tematic models was made to find out the nature of virtual enterprise construction, which provides ideas and methods for the subsequent study and paves the way for further re-search of virtual enterprises in internet transactions.关键词
