Macroeconomic policy β-k paradox and its explanation based on IS-LM model
摘要
Abstract
In light of the effect of fiscal policy and monetary policy from β and k chang-es, graph and fiscal policy and monetary policy multipliers were adopted to solve β-k par-adox. The β-k paradox exists because the mobile distance between IS curve and LM curve is influenced by the change of β-k. Therefore, much attention should go to the mo-bile range between IS curve and LM curve while analyzing the impact of β and k change on the effect of macroeconomics policy.关键词
