Construction of innovative talents’ cultivation mode in college and university of engineering
摘要
Abstract
Colleges and universities of engineering shoulder responsibility for cultivating the advanced and innovative talents in the field of engineering for China. In order to construct the cultivation mode of innovative talents in colleges and universities of engineering, the following principles should be adhered to: highlighting innovation, improving the engineering consciousness, optimizing the curriculum system and adhering to the university-running characteristics. The specific measures are provided in focusing on students-centered mode and human-oriented concept, reforming curriculum system, highlighting the cultivation of ap-plied and innovative ability, improving teaching mode and stressing process assessment.关键词
