Abstract
The new system of rural endowment insurance,have an important impact on the economic costs and benefits of rural labor migration, Thereby impacts the behavior of rural labor migration . The article guarantees the investigation take the new agriculture the corre-lation data as the basis, analyzed the new agriculture to guarantee thoroughly to the Fuxin rural labor force migration mobile influence , in finally proposes some solutions, to improve the level of treatment ,the youth pay promotion mechanism ,the early realization of national coordinating raise subsidy level , transfer establish peasant remote insurance continuation approach ,as well as ,changes from The new system of rural endowment insurance and oth-er social pension systems.关键词
