高职现代服务业典型专业人才培养模式构建策略
摘要
Abstract
Talents' training m ode is the focus of higher vocational education, as w ell as the com prehensive usage and w hole optim ized form of talents' training resource. Talents' training m ode m ainly includes the m utual connecting elem ents of m ajor setting, teaching design, curriculum m ode, and educational m ethod. Talents' training m ode in higher vocational colleges should start from talents' training goal of higher vocational education. It should w ork out feasible im plem enting m ethod according to a series of links, including m ajor setting, cultivating form , teaching reform , teaching staff's optim ization, process control and evaluation. It can carry out the w hole optim ization to achieve the best effect.关键词
