Abstract
C ollege-enterprise cooperation is the effective approach for cultivating high-qualified and high-skilled talents, and the im portant carrier of deepening production-study-research, as w ell as the im portant form for increasing the level of talents' cultivating w ork. It is extrem ely im portant issue for establishing the long-term m echanism of college-enterprise cooperation from the angle of m utual benefits betw een colleges and enterprises. It is the best approach to construct the long-term m echanism of college-enterprise cooperation scientifically and reasonably from governm ent-oriented guiding role, college-oriented m ain body role and enterprise-oriented m ain role.关键词
