促血管生成素-2和血管内皮生长因子在寻常型银屑病血管生成机制中的相关性研究
Study on the Correlation between Angiopoietin-2 and VEGF in Patients with Psoriasis Vul-garis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF of psoriatic lesions and serum in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and to explore the significance in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods:The expression of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF in skin lesions of 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 30 normal controls were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Lev-els of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF in sera were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal controls.Results:The expression of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF in psoriatic lesions were remarkable higher than those in normal controls(χ2 =9.64,20.12, both P<0.01).Serum level of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF were significantly higher in patients with psoriasis than those in normal controls ( t=3.49,4.76, both P<0.05 ) .The level of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF in serum were associated with PASI scores ( r=0.59 ,0.77 ,both P<0.01 ) .Conclusion:Angiopoietin-2 and VEGF play an important role in the angiogenesis in psoriasis.Both may play a role in promoting mutual by synergistic effect.关键词
