Abstract
“Hedgehog Effect”is one kind of embodiment of education art. Counselors, in the process of educa-tion management, not only have to maintain close relationship with the students, but also keep necessary psycho-logical distance. In the application of“Hedgehog Effect”in education management work, counselors need to pay attention to the following aspects:deal with the relationship with the students properly, wisely love them, set up the prestige among them, and own the consciousness of embracing them.关键词
