高校群体性事件网络舆情中的群体怨恨及化解之道
Group of Resentment and Resolve College Group Events in the Way of Network Public Opinion
摘要
Abstract
Group resentment is an important factor in the occurrence of group events. In today's new media age, group resentment has achieved mutual transmission, continuous fermentation and rapid propagation through network public opinions, and then it has become negative network public opinions. Resentment is anemotional experience when one is powerless to resist to the damage by others. It has three tendencies:re-sentment accumulation, resentment transfer and resentment alliance. Group resentment among college stu-dents hasrealized network mobilization through the interaction of network opinions. Persistent tension of so-cial structure, universal existence of group injuries among college students, and institutional absence of re-sentment guidance are all the rootsof group resentment in the network public opinions of college group events. We should seek the resolution from three aspects:constructing the college guidance mechanism of net-work public opinions, improving security mechanism of college students'rights and interests, and establish-ing the college alleviating mechanism of resentment.关键词
