摘要

Abstract

Pulsating heat pipe ( PHP) is a kind of new efficient heat transfer element , which is paid more attention for cooling technology requirement improving .As the new member of heat pipe family , it possesses large advantage of heat transfer effects compared with traditional heat pipe and the other radiating equipments , and it can achieve heat dissipation of microelectronic de-vice at high heat flux .Many scholars studied theory and technologies of pulsating heat pipe .The research status of pulsating heat pipe is introduced from the following aspects .(1)Observation of flow pattern and analysis of heat transfer performances by experi-ments.(2)Theory research on transition of flow pattern and solving heat transfer process by modeling ,such as numerical simula-tion,programming.(3)Research on the improvement of channel structure ,which can distribute working fluids reasonably and de-crease flow resistance .
