Abstract
Radial inlet as an important stationary component of centrifugal compressor gets more attention from the industry re-searchers.In this paper,numerical study has been carried out for a radial inlet of centrifugal compressor to improve its geometry and structure.The results show that,under the design condition,the structure modification improved the flow condition inside the radial inlet,significantly decreased the total pressure loss coefficient,and made the polytropic efficiency of the radial inlet increase by 5%.In addition,the uniformity of flow parameters at the outlet of the radial inlet has also been improved to some extent.关键词
