HPLC法测定山茱萸果核中5种有机酸的含量
Determination of Five Kinds of Organic Acids in Cornus Officinalis Kernels by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a quantitative HPLC method for determining five kinds of organic acids(oxalic acid, tartaric acid, DL-malic acid, citric acid and gallic acid) in cornus officinalis kernels. Methods A Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm i. d. , 5 μmm) was used with 3% CH3OH-0. 01 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(pH 3. 0)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 5 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The five organic acids were separated in 32 min. The average recoveries of the method were 89. 6% ~102. 0% with the relative standard deviation of 0. 29% ~1. 41%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and practical for the detection of organic acids in cornus officinalis kernels.关键词
