微创桥接组合式外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床体会
Clinical Experience of Bridge Combined External Fixation System in the Treatment of Comminuted Ulnar and Radial Fracture

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bridge combined external fixation system in the treatment of comminuted ulnar and radial fracture. Methods From March 2012 to January 2015, 32 patients with comminuted ulnar and radial fracture were treated by bridge combined fracture external fixation system, and evaluated the treatment effect and complications. Results 32 patients of postoperative healing was excellent in 16 cases, good in 9 cases,normal in 7 cases. Children with postoperative fractures healed well, after 1 to 3 years of follow-up, all fractures in 2 to 4 months of healing, no epiphyseal injury and developmental disorders, wrist and elbow joint function was normal, the normal function of forearm rotation. Bone nonunion, screw breakage, complications such as osteomyelitis did not appear. Conclusion Bridge combined external fixation system is a new choice for comminuted ulnar and radial fracture due to its advantages of relative simple operation and satisfactory clinical results, including the small trauma, quick healing,good functional recovery,less complication, and injury of soft tissue of weakness.关键词
