Abstract
Objective: To analyze the surgical treatment of eight cases of esophageal foreign bodies(EFB). Methods:8 patients were diagnosed as EFB by the clinical symptoms, signs, neck and chest X-rays and CT. EFB were removed through neck incision or chest incision with the help of endoscopic positioning and finshed the sargery by esophageal repair. Results: After surgery 7 patients were discharged smoothly;one patient had esophageal leak,and was discharged after treatment. Conclusion: Removal of EFB through neck or chest incision were feasible, but postoperative complications should also be emphasized.关键词
