皮牵引方法治疗10岁以上儿童严重肱骨近端骨折疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of skin traction in the treatment of severely displaced humeral fracture in children over 10 years old. Methods: Among 107 children with proximal humeral fracture 14 patients,aged 10~15 were treated with skin traction in our hospital. The results of these patients were followed-up for 20 months. Results: The follow-up periods ranged from 3 to 62 months(average 20 months), bone healed in 7 weeks.2 patients had radiographically measurable humeral shortening of 1cm and 2.5cm respectively.No patient was clinically aware of any discrepancy in length and there was no case of humeral overgrowth. The average score of Consant-Murley was 95, the lowest score was 83. Conclusion: Skin traction can be used in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in patients older than 10 years. The advantages of skin traction are being easy to carry out without extra injury and exercising the shoulder joint early.关键词
