摘要
Abstract
The study dealt with the relationship between counterproductive work behavior (CWB ) and personality . 900employees were surveyed by means of CWB Scale and Big Five Scale .The results showed that the Big Five personality di‐mensions exhibited with composite CWB ,respectively .CWB facets were also differentially associated with the Big Five di‐mensions .The differential prediction of facet -level CWB by Openness ,Extraversion ,and Emotional Stability .关键词
