摘要
Abstract
The one-way ,two-way warm extrusion processes of cross shaft were simulated by finite element software Deform . The results showed that the force required for forming two-way extrusion cross shaft forgings ,opening force were significantly reduced ,forging metal flow line was uniform .According to the simulation results ,two-way extrusion die was designed based on the original universal joint unidirectional extrusion die , and 140 die springs were required for providing clamping force .The spring was arranged by the hydrau-lic slide size .Finally ,the cross shaft was successfully formed by the implementation of this die structure .关键词
