Anti-oxidation Activity of Polysaccharides from Clausena lansium Peel
摘要
Abstract
In this article ,polysaccharide was extracted from Clausena lansium peel .Its anti-oxidation was studied .The results of extract-ed polysaccharides to animal oil and vegetable oil showed that the Clausena lansium polysaccharide could inhibit the oxidation of edible oil , and the optimal addition of polysaccharides was 0 .08% .关键词
