摘要

Abstract

The three dimension uncompressed field of laminar flow was simulated through a kenics static mixer by using professional coupled multiphysics software COSMOL Multiphysics .Laminar flow and transport of diluted species modules inside the software were adopted during the process of numerical simulation .The results reveal the concentration field ,velocity field and pressure field distribution inside the mixer , due to the helical mixing element ,the fluid spiral movement ,the fluid through the fluid shear ,rotation ,sufficiently mixed and almost com-pletely mixed results at the outlet .The calculation results which will provide the theory for the performance measurement of static mixer were analyzed with post-processing software .
